Cosima Wood is a Sydney-based scenic artist, illustrator and designer with over a decade of experience in Film, TV, Theatre and Advertising. From blockbuster features such as Apex, Kockroach, Greyhound 2, Street Fighter, Play Dirty, Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, Thor: Love and Thunder and Peter Rabbit, to internationally recognised shows The Narrow Road to the Deep North, The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart, Lego Masters, Portrait Artist of the Year, NCIS, Heartbreak High and Big Brother, as well as designing and creating media-famous immersive theatre venues: Karen’s Diner, Wonderland Bar and the Wizard’s Den.

Cosima's work is characterised by her meticulous attention to detail and deep knowledge and understanding of ageing and texture, resulting in sets and props that exude authenticity and depth.

Coming from a background in Fine Art (Diploma, UAL), History of Art (BA Hons, University of York) and Screen and Media (Diploma, TAFE), Cosima brings a knowledge of historical realism, a sharp eye for detail and a comprehensive understanding of colour to turn everyday environments into immersive illusionary worlds.
